The Gospel of Matthew exposed (Part 1)
Don Hagner discusses the major themes and some of the ‘difficulties’ of the Gospel of Matthew.
Donald Hagner joined the faculty of Fuller in 1976 and is the George Eldon Ladd Professor Emeritus of New Testament in the School of Theology. Although he has now retired from full-time service, Hagner continues mentoring PhD students and teaching occasional courses in his senior faculty role.
He spoke to CPX about Jesus and history, the Apostle Paul, the Gospel of Matthew and the historical reliability of the New Testament.
