Being Christian in an increasingly secular country?

Is it hard to come out as Christian in an increasingly secular country? Will some people think you’re a superstitious simpleton or an anti-science extremist? This week on God Forbid, we ask our guests Dr Justine Toh and Dr Michael Jensen that very question.

Both professionals at being Christian, well, professionals, Justine is the Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Public Christianity, while Dr Michael Jensen is the rector at St Mark's Anglican Church in Sydney, and the author of more than half a dozen books to his name, including My God, My God: Is it Possible to Believe Anymore?

From iconoclasm and the Crusades to creating an 'indigenised' Australian faith, this week we focus on breaking Christian stereotypes and smashing idols while we're at it.
