It's called Spiritual Lifehack, and it's presented by Justine Toh, a Senior Fellow at the Centre for Public Christianity.

To kick off the first episode, Justine speaks to Catholic theologian Matthew Tan.

They explore chronic distraction in a world full of hand-held devices — our contemporary equivalent of what the Christian tradition has long labelled ‘sloth’ — and how giving up Netflix could be the answer.
