Dr William Cavanaugh of De Paul University is the author of a book that is stirring controversy both outside and within religious circles. He addresses what he calls the myth of religious violence.
He is in Australia visiting at the Australian Catholic University and also in Sydney this week to present the annual Richard Johnson lecture, for the Centre for Public Christianity, which will be held at St.Barnabas' Church in Broadway this coming Thursday evening at 7pm.
