The future feels … tenuous, these days. Uncertain. Overwhelming, even.
Hope is scarce, but not lost. Join us for an evening with clinical psychologist and hope researcher Leisa Aitken on what Emily Dickinson described as “the thing with feathers” that “perches in the soul”. Find out what will make this caged thing sing.
Leisa is a Clinical Psychologist who has been counselling and teaching for more than 25 years in workplaces, hospitals, and private practice. She is about to complete a PhD on the shifting grounds of hope through Western history in philosophy, theology, and more recently in psychology.
